Service
Feel Good Stories provides worldwide delivery service by Finnish post service.
Shipping costs and delivery time
Standard delivery fee is 3,90 € on all orders in Finland. Delivery by Post is processed within 2 to 3 days.
For international orders, the shipping costs will be calculated during the check out. Please allow 8-10 working days delivery time for international shipping.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
At the moment, next day and second day express shipments are not available.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number to follow the status of your order.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of your order after it has been confirmed, please refer to the email notification with your tracking number. If you have not received an email notification, please reach out to us: hello@feelgoodstories.shop with your order number.
Delivery delay
Please allow 1 to 3 days for your order to be processed. If you still have not received an email confirmation with your tracking number, please reach out to us: hello@feelgoodstories.shop with your order number. During peak periods you may experience longer delivery periods.
Please note!
If you refuse delivery of shipment, you are responsible for payment of all shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties, taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment you used. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
International customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by their respective government (the “fees”). Any applicable fees, duties and taxes is based upon the laws and regulations of the country to which the order is shipping, please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by shipping agency upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
